Officer type

• Current (Not Disq. Not LLP) - Current appointments but does not include disqualified directors or Limited Liability Partnerships.
• Disqualified directors - Disqualified Directors only.
• Limited liability partner. - Limited Liability Partnerships.
• EU Public Limited - Liability c. - SE and ES appointments only (European Public Limited - Liability Companies).

Include resigned - Type of appointments you want where Officer Type = Current (Not Disq. Not LLP).

• unchecked - Will only return details of directors that hold current appointments on the Company Officer Search response. Details of the current appointments (only) will be returned on the response from Company Officer Details.
• checked - Will return all directors whether they have current, resigned or dissolved appointments on the result from Company Officer Search. Details of all appointments will be returned on the response from Company Officer Details.
